Information we collect

We collect the business information you provide when you submit a requirement, register a company, create a portal account or contact us: company details, contact name, email, phone, country, project and delivery information, and any documents you upload.

How we use it

Information is used to evaluate your requirement, source and compare supply options, issue quotations, process orders, manage portal access and communicate with you about your requests.

Confidential routing

Requirements shared with supply partners are sanitized. Customer identity is not disclosed without authorization, except where required for technical validation, compliance, or order execution. Supplier commercial information and sourcing channels are not disclosed to customers except where required for order execution, compliance, or with supplier authorization. Reach ISR remains the commercial point of contact between both sides.

Sharing

We share only the technical and logistical information necessary to obtain offers, and we use service providers for hosting, email delivery and freight. We do not sell personal information.

Documents you upload

Uploaded BOMs, drawings, tenders and specifications are stored in restricted storage accessible only to authorised Reach ISR personnel and, where the content is required for sourcing, in sanitised form to selected supply partners.

Retention

Records of requirements, quotations and orders are retained for as long as needed for commercial, accounting and legal purposes.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information we hold about you, subject to records we are required to keep.

Security

Portal access is protected by authentication and role-based permissions so that customers and supply partners cannot access one another's information.
