Requests for quotation

Requirements submitted through this website are received for evaluation. A binding commitment arises only when Reach ISR issues a written quotation and that quotation is accepted in writing, or when an order is confirmed by Reach ISR.

Quotations and pricing

Quotations are valid for the period stated on the document. Prices, availability and lead times are subject to confirmation at the time of order and may be affected by manufacturer pricing, currency, freight and duty.

Supply partner registration

Registration as a supply partner does not guarantee the receipt of sourcing requests or the award of any order. Reach ISR selects supply channels at its discretion based on scope, capability, compliance and performance.

Confidentiality

Reach ISR acts as the commercial point of contact between buyers and supply partners. Customer identity is not disclosed to suppliers without authorization, except where required for technical validation, compliance, or order execution. Supplier commercial information and sourcing channels are not disclosed to customers except where required for order execution, compliance, or with supplier authorization.

Documentation

Certificates, test reports and technical documentation are supplied as issued by the relevant manufacturer or mill. Reach ISR passes such documentation through and does not alter its content.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Reach ISR is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of production or profit, arising from the use of this website or from information provided prior to a confirmed order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, unless otherwise agreed in a signed contract.
